Shout It Out-Child of God, Child of the King

June 2021

No other King can overthrow this King. Jesus is the King of all Kings and the Lord of Lords. He rules the kings of the earth. Scripture tells us the kingdom of God is an eternal kingdom. It will never be destroyed.

Revelation 19:16 And he has on his robe and on his thigh a name written: King of Kings and Lord of Lords.

Revelation 1:5 … and from Jesus Christ, the faithful witness, the firstborn from the dead, and the ruler over the kings of the earth.

Daniel 4:3 How great are his signs, how mighty his wonders! His kingdom is an eternal kingdom; his dominion endures from generation to generation.

To be a King means you have power. King Jesus is all powerful-omnipotent. He does what He pleases. No one can stop Him or His will. He will reign forever.

Luke 1:37 For with God nothing will be impossible.

Jeremiah 32:17 Ah, Lord God! Behold, you have made the heavens and the earth by your great power and outstretched arm. There is nothing too hard for you.

Psalm 115:3 But our God is in heaven; He does whatever He pleases.

Job 42:2 I know that you can do everything, And that no purpose of yours can be withheld from you.

You are wonderfully made by God. As a Christian and a child of the King, you are filled with Holy Spirit who raised Jesus from the dead. You have power inside of you as a child of God and a child of the King. Remember this when times get hard, when troubles come and the storm won’t leave. Remember you are a child of God, a child of the King.

Psalm 139:13-16 You are not a mistake, for all of your days are written in my book. I knit you together in your mother’s womb. You are fearfully and wonderfully made

Because you are His child, He has placed talents and gifts inside you, to honor and glorify Him with. You can achieve whatever He has placed in your heart. His will be done.  Apart from God you can do nothing. With God nothing is impossible for you because your help comes from the Lord. You don’t want to do anything without His blessing and approval anyway. If you do it without His approval and blessing, it may not end well.

James 1:17 Every good gift that you receive, comes from My hand.

Ephesians 1:11-12 It’s in Christ that we find out who we are and what we are living for. Long before we first heard of Christ and got our hopes up, He had his eye on us, had designs on us for glorious living, part of the overall purpose He is working out in everything and everyone.

Luke 1:37 For with God nothing will be impossible.

Psalm 121:2 My help comes from the Lord who made heaven and earth.

You are:

Loved by Him and wonderfully made. Before God made you He knew you. There is no one else like you. You, child of God are so special. You have a purpose and God has a plan.

Blessed and highly favored as you obey His Word. Write Your Word on my heart Lord so I won’t sin against You.

Walking in peace because Jesus left you His peace. Set your thoughts on Him and not your circumstances.

Dependent on the Lord. You can do nothing good apart from Him. Your help comes from the Lord.

A faithful servant of God, wanting to honor and glorify Him through everything you do. Seek His approval and blessing.

Gifted with grace and showered with blessings and mercy. Jesus loves you.

Bold, courageous and victorious through Jesus. The Holy Spirit empowers us. Nothing is impossible with God.

No longer a slave to sin. Jesus has washed you clean, white as snow, no stain can be seen. Nothing but the blood of Jesus washes you clean. You are free from guilt and shame.

Fearless. God goes ahead of you, behind you and beside of you. He says: Fear not for I am with you. Even when your mother and father have forsaken you, I will take care of you.

God can help you get through everything, if you will only ask Him to. But something is required of you. You must obey Him. He requires your obedience to receive abundant blessings. He knows we aren’t perfect so when we fail we must repent and turn to God. He’s a forgiving God, patient and merciful. Even with all our failures, weaknesses and sins, His love for us is everlasting.

1 John 3:1 It is My desire to lavish My love on you. Simply because you are my child and I am your Father.

If you don’t know King Jesus as Lord and Savior, I urge you to repent of your sins and place your trust in Him. You will never regret it.

God bless. Heal the brokenhearted, bind up all their wounds.
