Shout It Out-My Jesus, October 2020

The Lord has changed and transformed me so very much and continues to do so. He is making me to be more like Jesus as I obey and surrender my will to His. It is a lifelong journey to make us all we can be through Jesus.

When I stumble and fall He will be there to pick me up. When I take a wrong path, He will show me the right way to go. I am ever grateful. My words are no longer sufficient to thank Him for just how grateful I am that He didn’t give up on me.

Psalm 138:8 The Lord will perfect all things concerning me. Your mercy endures forever.

Jesus got me through my childhood and adult circumstances, dark days, and tough times that wanted to destroy me. He led me through the wilderness, through the drought, and deserts where there was no water.

I was stung, and bitten by the snakes, and scorpions. That was Satan’s plan, to kill me, destroy me, to keep me from Jesus. God had other plans. He had chosen me before I was born.

John 10:10 The thief comes to steal, kill and to destroy. I am come that you may have life and have it more abundantly.

Jesus will lead you through dark days and tough times as well. We all go through them. Times when you want to call it quits, run and hide, He will get you through the loss of loved ones that you think will surely kill you. He will get you through whatever life and Satan throws at you. He will lead you through the wilderness. Ask Him to. He will walk with you through them. Lift your hands like a drowning man and the Lord will hold on to you.

These storms and trials of life are the funnel which God uses to get the things He wants in you. He uses them to teach and increase your steadfastness, perseverance, endurance and patience. When you find yourself in a storm, know that God is working in you, so you may become perfect and complete lacking nothing. It happens step by step, glory to glory all throughout your life. Since He is allowing these storms and trials in your life, there is something He wants you to learn by going through them. God has a purpose in it all. Talk to Him about it.

Deuteronomy 31:8 It is the Lord who goes before you. He will be with you; he will not leave you or forsake you. Do not fear or be dismayed.

God will use your circumstances to change you on the inside. God is going to work on what He knows you need more of. Maybe it’s forgiveness, humility, faith or patience. Do you want to please God? Do you want to be more like Jesus? If so, then you have to go through the trials trusting and believing God is with you every step of the way no matter how hard it is. You will come out on the other side with your faith stronger than it was.

Colossians 1:11 We pray that you will have the strength to stick it out over the long haul-not the grim strength of gritting your teeth but the glory-strength God gives. It is strength that endures the unendurable and spills over into joy.

If not for the Lord, I would not be here right now. He brought me through the fire and all my trials, all that Satan was trying to do to me. If the Lord had not redeemed me, I would not have this opportunity to praise Jesus, worship, and lift His Name on High. I wouldn’t be sharing this with you.

Although I didn’t follow Jesus until very late in life, no devil or demons could snatch God’s chosen out of His hand. From the beginning, God destined us to be His children through Jesus Christ and wrote our names in the book of life. This book of life is a record by God that lists people who will live forever in the Kingdom of Heaven. This book was written before the foundation of the world. We have redemption through Jesus’ blood and the forgiveness of sins through His grace. Not of works lest any man should boast. We are chosen. God wants us in His Kingdom.

In Isaiah 46:10 the Bible says God made known from the end to the beginning, from ancient times what still is to come. That His purpose will stand and He will do all that He pleases.

I will follow Him all the days of my life. I love Jesus with all of my heart and long for Him to come get all of us believers and followers.

I pray the Lord bless you and yours. I pray He give you favor. That He will make a way where there seems to be no way.

He’s ready to change you, but He won’t force Himself into your life. He waits to be invited. As we yield, surrender and obey Him, He begins to remold us into what He originally intended us to be, before Satan brought sin into the world.

Would you ask Jesus to be your Lord and Savior? He will forgive you of all of your sins. Though your sins be as scarlet He will wash you whiter than snow. As you draw near to Him with confession and repentance, He will draw near to you with mercy and forgiveness. Jesus wants to rescue you, to save you, to give you eternal life with Him. Just ask Him to come into your heart.

The Lord put this on my heart, from Him to you:

You are not alone, I am with you. You are not in this by yourself. I know your deepest secrets, even the bad ones. I see inside of you, your cracks, bruises, your scars and your wounds that you try to hide. You put up walls around your heart, as you try to hide behind them. You are trying to make everyone see you as strong, and tough. You don’t want them to know just how much you hurt on the inside. But I know. I know exactly how you feel in your heart. I know all about your pain, disappointments and losses. Come to Me and I will heal your body and soul. I will heal you on the inside. Come to Me and I will give you love, peace and joy, through Holy Spirit. Come to Me and I will give you forgiveness of sins and eternal life. I died on the cross and was resurrected from death for you. Come to Me.

Matthew 11:28-30 Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.

God bless. Heal the brokenhearted, bind up all their wounds.
